Are there rates at the door?
Yes. Registration

Are there daily rates?
Online, we are only offering weekend rates. If we do not sell out, daily badges
will be available for purchase at registration for Saturday and Sunday. Friday the door purchases will be for the weekend.

When does the Con Preregistration open and close?
The con preregister opens on September 1st after the previous con and runs until the Thursday night before the con.

How can I sign up for games?
There will be sign up sheets at the convention.

Why do you not do online game sign up?
We feel it is the only way to be fair to attendees. We do stagger the release of sign ups
so that people who come on Saturday have a better chance at signing up for games.

How can I sign up to run games?
You will need to fill out an online application and go through a vetting process.

Is there any cost to play in a game?
There is no additional cost to play in any game other than the badge fee with the exception of the LARP (Live Action Role Play) and the Magic The gathering Cube Draft.

What else is going on at the Con?
We do have vendors, a programming room with panels and on Sunday a Cosplay
contest. We also have a non-denominational Christian service on Sunday morning before the
convention starts.

What kind of games will there be?
Mostly we have tabletop role-playing games, collectable card games, and board games.
We do not have video games at our convention.

Will there be wheelchair access?
Yes. The convention part of the hotel is on one floor, so you should be able to navigate
with little to no trouble.

How can I get involved?
We do take volunteers for the convention. There is an online application to be filled out
and a vetting process.

Will there be on site food?
Yes. The hotel restaurant will be available and more information to come.

What are the Convention Dates and Hours of operation?
Friday August 25 th 4pm to 1am
Saturday August 26 th 10am to 2am
Sunday August 27 th 10am to 7pm
